Rashmi Sachdeva

Principal

As we continue to witness drastically changing times that have upended years of practice, we move forward with a commitment towards providing the best for our children.

To keep up with the constant changes, we, at Shadley, envisage a New Outlook for our pedagogy that marks a shift from the traditional instructor-led classroom environment.

Recognising the need to be genuinely proactive & empathetically enthusiastic, lest the whole meaning of education get altered. A new student-teacher relationship, fostered in a collaborative environment, equipped with the latest technology has been at the centre of these changes. Yet, another important feature of instruction at Shadley has been the commitment to a "Blended Approach' where both, 'Co-Scholastic' activities like swimming, horse-riding, singing. dancing, oration besides others occupy centre stage alongside academics. Not only does this help children evaluate their learning regularly but also, gives them enough scope to Learn & Unlearn.

As quoted by Confucius,

Thear & forget, I see & I remember, I do & I understand

Thus, as a leader of the institution, I strive to guide the student body, the parents and the teaching community to heartily embrace the fundamentals of change. To nurture children like a seed and make them capable to sprout against all exigencies; To let them root themselves into the ground of wisdom while spreading their branches far and wide has been my driving force.
